What to Include in Your Email
Reporting a bug or incorrect calculation:
- Which calculator you were using
- What values you entered
- What result you got vs what you expected
- Your device and browser (e.g., “Chrome on Android”)
Suggesting a new calculator:
- What the calculator should do
- Why it would be useful (who would use it?)
- Any reference links or formulas you know of
General feedback:
We appreciate all feedback — positive or critical. If something on the site confused you or didn’t work well, we want to know so we can fix it.
Response Time
Bug reports and incorrect calculations are treated as highest priority and usually fixed within 24 hours. Feature suggestions are reviewed and added to our roadmap. General questions are answered within 1-2 business days.
